General Questions
50g, 250g, 500g or 1kg which all depends on you!
Yes, with valve bags are available with one –way degassing valves. Valves are beneficial when packaging freshly roasted coffee. Our valves vent CO2 gas build-up while sealing-out environmental oxygen, moisture, and contaminants.

DPD- £8.50 (FREE over 2kg Ordered)
We reserve the right to send to postcodes which DPD do not cover using Royal Mail in multiple packages such as Ireland and Scottish Highlands.

Your order will be roasted / processed & dispatched within 24 - 48 hours!
If your order is under 2kg it will be sent using Royal Mail 48 or 24 if you have upgraded to this service, if over 2kg via DPD courier service.
If your order is under 500g or less it is sent as a Larger Letter to be posted through your front door letter box. (hopefully it fits yours!)
Royal Mail: If you're not in when the postman attempts delivery and no safe space is given, they will leave a card with instructions on how to collect your parcel.

If you're not going to be in you can provide details of a safe space, neighbor or change your delivery day using the DPD delivery app, which you can download here.
If you're not in when the courier attempts delivery and no safe space is given, they will attempt a redelivery 2 more times & leave a card with instructions on what happens next. Failure to deliver will result in your order being returned to us.
We do ship international however with all of the increasing complexity and challenges of crossing borders around the world at the moment, sometimes deliveries fail and we don't even receive the order back..
