Medium Roast

Not too light, not too dark. Roasted for balance.
Enough body to feel like proper coffee.
Enough character left to still taste the origin.
Less acidic than light. Less bitter than dark.
Works black. Works with milk. Works however you brew it.
Not the safe choice because it's boring.
The safe choice because it does everything well.
