Only medium roast and that's deliberate, not a limitation.
Push this one darker and you'd roast straight past the reason it exists.
We're not offering dark just to tick a box on the range.
Grown in the Tatu region of Kenya, 1,700–1,800m up.
Most coffee cherries produce two flat-sided beans.
Peaberry is the exception around 5-10% of cherries develop just one round bean instead, and that single bean gets all the nutrients the pair would normally split between them. Roasters call it "double strength" for a reason: more concentrated, more intense than a standard bean from the same crop.
Washed processing, sorted specifically to isolate the peaberries from the rest of the harvest extra work most roasters don't bother with, because it's genuinely fiddly to sort at scale.
