Most roasters bury the robusta, we put it on the label.
We know Robusta gets a bad name from cheap, badly-roasted stuff... that's not on us.
Used right, it brings body, chocolate depth and a creaminess arabica can't do alone.
That's why it's in here.
Traditional Italian espresso, done our way.
We took the classic profile bold, bitter, built for strength and pushed the roast further than tradition usually allows, without letting it collapse into ash and burnt bitterness the way most dark roasts do. That's only possible because of the robusta. Most origins can't hold their character that deep into the roast; ours does, because 40% of this blend is built for exactly that job.
Brazil brings the chocolate and body. Nicaragua adds a bright berry lift that cuts straight through the darkness instead of getting lost in it. Uganda's robusta does the heavy lifting the depth, the crema, the backbone that keeps this dark roast tasting complex instead of just tasting burnt.

Intense but balanced. Creamy body, a touch of acidity, and that classic Italian bitterness dialled in, not overdone.
