A dark Italian roast, taken further than most dare to go without losing what's underneath it. South American and African coffees hold their character all the way through the roast, rather than surrendering to it blood orange cutting through first and bright, dark chocolate settling in beneath it with real weight, and a blackberry depth that arrives late and lingers longest of all, right through the final drop.
Bold, fruited, unmistakably dark, with a body substantial enough to carry every note without letting one drown out another.
