A signature medium roast, drawn from two origins chosen for the way they play against one another in the cup. Ethiopian coffees bring a winey depth that runs the length of the sip; Ugandan coffees hold a steady chocolate note beneath with the two never competing, always in conversation.
Smooth, fruit-edged, full-bodied, with a finish that lingers rather than fades.
