We roasted this one medium to bring out all the good stuff.
Uganda holds the whole thing steady, Brazil brings proper sweet, nutty character, and India throws in that deeper, nuttier edge (yeah, part of this one's literally been rained on on purpose, our Indian beans go through a proper monsoon soaking before roasting).
BIG hazelnut vibes, sweet almond notes and that buttery, moreish macadamia thing going on.
