"Mandheling" isn't a place. Most sellers write it like it's a region name  it's not.
It honours the Mandailing people, an ethnic group from the Batak area of west-central Sumatra where this coffee's actually grown. Small distinction, but it's the kind of thing that separates someone who's actually done the reading from someone who's just copying the last listing they saw.

Grown on the volcanic slopes of Mount Leuser near the port of Padang, 800–1,500m, Catimor and Typica varietals, harvested June through December.
Processed using Giling Basah wet-hulling, a method genuinely unique to Indonesia.
The parchment gets hulled at roughly 50% moisture instead of the usual 10–12%, then dried in stages rather than all at once. It's a workaround born from Sumatra's relentless humidity, and it's the entire reason this coffee tastes nothing like anywhere else full body, low acidity, that distinctive earthy, herbal character.
